William Ford was among the finest of the Birmingham gunmakers, and this is an excellent example of his work. Both sets of barrels are 28" with file cut ribs. Original barrels are choked approximately skeet & 3/4. Newer barrels are approximately cyl. & full. Treble bite fastening system. Gold "safe" inlay. 14-1/2" stock with lovely figure. Fine border and acanthus scroll engraving. Comes with leather case with William Ford trade label. 6 lbs., 11 oz.
