Not easy to find and loved by any who know them are these early (Vintage) Ithaca 20 ga Featherlights. Quality NY State Made Ithaca (serial # under 500k) with handsome factory checkered unmolested butt and factory ringed forend. This gun retains at least 80% of its original blue (light carry wear under receiver) as well as stock finish. It must have been stored for a short time at least butt down in a damp area as there is light evidence of water near the butt plate (not bad) There are no splits or cracks or repairs. 28" mod choke barrel, LOP 14".
For those who do not know these excellent and very light fast handling M. 37 Featherlights they are a great design with clever bottom ejection. This would make an ideal starter gun for a young or new shooter.
The qaulity built into these guns is special. If you could buy a new one like it today it would likely sell for a grand, buy this one for under $ 400.00
