Whitney Kennedy .40-60 Caliber Sporting Rifle. .40-60 Caliber. Made in the 1880s. These are interesting guns. This is a heavy frame variation. Metal has a smooth gray patina. All markings are nice and sharp. Wood is very fine. Bore has strong rifling and is a little on the dark side.
