Both forest scenes are surrounded by floral engraving.  Signed T. Naka on the left side of the receiver.  Gold washed trigger. Beautiful high grade wood stock with great wood grain and gorgeous figuring. Small blemishes in the finish   Bluing is in good condition.  Most bluing remains 98% +   Hooded front sight, rocky Mountain rear sight. Checkered metal buttplate.   Gun functions correctly, it is mechanically sound.   Browning Model 71 chambered in .348 Win with a 24" barrel  Overall length is approximately 42-1/4" LOP is approximately 13-1/4"    This is a great piece of history here!
