Description:
This is a beautiful Model 1884 Springfield rifle with serial number 443375. The breach block is 1878 and the stock cartouche is SWP 1889. The 45-70 bore is excellent, bright and shiny. The mechanical function is very good, crisp and tight as can be. It retains 95% blue and case colors on the breach block are 95%. All of the markings are sharp. The wood is about excellent with only a tiny or two. This also comes with a nice correct Trapdoor bayonet but no scabbard.
