Description:
This 1894 is a second year production rifle. The serial number is 258XX placing date of manufacture in 1895. Overall condition is very good with mostly a grey patina. The .38/55 bore is near perfect. The bore is bright and shiny from breech to muzzle. The rifling is strong and un damaged. The bore will rate a 10 on a 1 to 10 scale. Correct early rear Tang sight, possibly shipped with the rifle. The action is tight, smooth and mechanically perfect. No FFL needed, can be shipped anywhere in the Country.
