Like new 280 sxs merkel has fired 120 rounds to make certain it functioned properly. I am buying another 203 as I did not hit that well with the sxs...really good wood and so tight it will last mant yeaars. Most bueatiful shot gun I ever owned and least expensive 280 at 4250.00 dollars with the original Airways case fitted to the gun made in 2005
