AN ORIGINAL "BULL'S EYE" COLT FROM THE MASTER BUILDER "JIM CLARK".
ALL THE FAMOUS FEATURES FOR THE GAME OF THAT ERA, BO-MAR SIGHTS,HEAVY COLT SLIDE WITH ANGLED SERRATIONS AND FANTASTIC TRIGGER. A BUILD DATE OF 1/69 IS STAMPED ON BOTTOM OF SLIDE, ALONG WITH LAST THREE NUMBERS OF FRAME. EXPERT HAND FINISHING IS EVIDENT ON THE SLIDE AND FRAME. THE GRIPS APPEAR THE BE STEVE HERRETTS CLASSIC DESIGN AND FINE CHECKERING.
This is set up for the "soft-ball loads" of cast semi-wadcutters and low velocity for target shooting only.
The pistol is in excellent condition and deserves the best of care from a Colt 1911 collector.
