Damascus refinishing and slow rust bluing, nitre bluing, color case hardening, stock repair and refinishing, checkering, leather covered recoil pads, barrel wall thickness mapping, fixed choke alterations, forcing cone modifications, rejoining, and general repair services offered. Description: 1893 Lefever G Grade 12ga Recent restoration/refinishing Barrels polished to 320 grit matte luster. Action, and all other parts that were factor color cased have been freshly color cased at Piedmont Community College gunsmithing school using a 3:1 mixture of bone/charcoal. Stock refinished using TimberLuxe hand-rubbed oil finish. Factory checkering pattern recut. The gun was 100% disassembled, ultrasonic cleaned, lubricated, reassembled, and test fired. The bores are very good, with only a handful of small shallow pits.  Note: There is currently no top coat finish on the color case (apply what you wish), and as stated, the barrels are damascus, but are unetched. Barrels were blued with Laurel Mtn. Forge barrel browning solution, and the rust was converted using a vertical steam chamber. The gun is in excellent condition. Tight on the face. Superb bores without pitting.
