Made in Browning's (FN) Belgium factory, "Light Twenty" A5's were only manufactured for less than 20 years from 1958 to 1976. This particular example was made in 1960 and is serial numbered OZ32926. It is in original condition with 90-95% of the original factory blue finish remaining. The factory gold finish on the trigger rates 70% as well with some small spots of finish loss on the lower face of the trigger. These deductions do very little to hurt the nice overall appearance of this Light Twenty A5. This Browning has a 26" inch matted barrel that is choked cylinder (***). It has a bright bore with no pitting or imperfections of any kind. The original factory checkered Walnut stock set is in very good shape overall. The forearm has one tiny hairline crack near the serial numbers, and the buttstock is free from any cracks or repairs, and only show some very minor handing dings/dents under close inspection. The stock set shows some wear from being used in the field, but not abused. The original FN Browning buttplate is in good condition and is perfectly fit and tight to the wood. The length of pull is 14-3/8" inches to the end of the buttplate. Everything on this Light Twenty A5 works 100% like the day it left the factory. All of the controls work as they were designed to, and the action on this shotgun is smooth and goes into battery with authority. These Belgian made Browning A5's are quite collectible and we do not get many Light Twenty models choked cylinder. If you have been looking for a nice shooter grade of this model shotgun you would be hard pressed to find a better one for the money
