The Browning Challenger II was introduced to the Browning Challenger line in 1976 and transitioned to the Challenger III in 1982. According to the Official Browning Firearms this pistol with the 655 PX serial number was manufactured in early 1983.
This Challenger II cosmetically looks excellent and functions as well as it left the factory. There are no wear marks, scratches, pitting, rust, or patina anywhere. The slide and barrel are the highly polished deep bluing with the rest of the frame, slide top and front sight being matted to improve grip and reduce glare. The wood grips retain the factory shine and the famous faux gold Browning logo inserts.
The Challenger II has the signature Browning faux gold trigger, 6.75" round barrel, high profile front sight, and adjustable rear sight which make this pistol very accurate. It all adds up to 38 ounces of Browining fun and reliability!
Comes with one 10 round original magazine and hard case.
