Description:
Colt SAA 1st Gen factory engraved, silver plated, pearl stocks, 7 ½” barrel, 45 Colt. Manufactured in 1911, the extremely fine Colt retains 93-95% of original silver plating which is partially tarnished as silver plating will do. When I first received this revolver it had been polished with all tarnish removed but I have not polished since. Factory pearl grips are perfect with mint bore. Frame screws are gold plated. No flaking of plating with slight loss of plating on muzzle and high ends of cylinder. Special shipment of one to Hibbard, Spencer, Barlett & Co., Chicago, IL. A really nice special order revolver!
