Description:
In good condition for its age (80 yrs) factory 2 3/4" chamber pre featherlight. Well worn from use but not abused, no rust or pitting. Butt stock has some damage at or near where wood meets the receiver; an expert wood man could repair and make invisible. (we can have this done local to us but it will add $ 120.00 to the price of the gun) Appropriate blue thinning consistent with the age of the gun but not damaged. Approx 65% blue remains on receiver and 75 or % on barrel (receiver has the original fire blue similar to Colts of the era) Stock rtains most of orig finish and checkering on forend and butt stock is still nice and sharp.
Factory Ithaca recoil pad. Barrel 28" choke approx IM, LOP to end of pad approx 14 1/4. Ser # under 8000.
