Description:
This is a very nice and high conditioned Winchester Model 1886 rifle. The rifle has a 26 inch Octagon barrel with sights and an outstanding bore. The walnut stock and forearm are in very nice condition with some frontier marks and thinning finish. The case color on the receiver, lever and hammer is in excellent condition with blues, grays and purple color. The forearm cap has limited case color and the butt plate shows none. Mechanically the rifle is like new and tight as a safe.This is an Antique and can be shipped directly to you were allowed by law.

Chambers: Lever action repeater.
Metal Condition: Very strong. There is some spotting on the barrel but it is limited, The mag tube is blue with patina. The lever, hammer and receiver have very nice coverage case color.
Wood Condition: Very good with a few frontier dings
Bore Condition: Excellent.
Barrels: 26 inch Octagon with sights.
Triggers: Single blue.
Stock: Mid grade straight grain walnut with a straight grip.
Stock Dimensions:
12 3/4 inch LOP.
Fore End: Matching walnut.
Butt Pad: Crescent steel.
Weight: 9 Lbs 12 Oz.
Sights: Lyman? adjustable rear peep, Rear sporting sight with serrated edges and elevator and a blade front. The sights are most likley replacements.
