Description:
First World War 3rd Division Doughboy Helmet in very good condition with original Green Paint. Division Symbol is clear and legible. Original liner present. Chinstrap also looks to be present but broken. For reference purposes only, I've included a few photos of soldiers from Company H, 4th Infantry, 3rd Division holding their helmets which are identical to this one. The original company photograph was about 3 feet long and was taken the day they came home from France in 1919. Nice addition to a World War One Collection while their 100 Year Anniversary is here!
