This Sword Blade mesures 30 1/4 inches to tang, over all sword would be 36 inches, Blade is straight with no chips, cracks or missing pieces. the blade is heavily pitted and looks as though it may have been dug up. the corrosion has been stopped leaving a good clean example of a Civil War Blade. it comes from an estate of a long time Civil War Reenactor and Collector. there is no further providence known on this blade as to were it was found.
