Just in from a WWII Vet's estate is this nice original U.S.&Signal 1911A1 .45 Auto, with all original parts including the original Hi Standard issued barrel, etc. Bore is very good and chamber is excellent. Original blue finish is mostly all there with a bit of spotting and wear to the left side of the slide - all the rest pretty much excellent. Guaranteed all original even down to the proper grips and original R code magazine. This particular pistol is from the last few hundred manufactured by the Union Switch & Signal Company in Pennsylvania. Serial range is 109615x. These are getting very hard to find in any condition and this is a very nice one indeed and appears to have never been monkeyed with!
