Description:
This .50 caliber St Louis Hawken rifle has an octagon 7/8" x 28" barrel with 1:48 twist and fitted with an adjustable rear sight and a blade front sight. Both sights are plastic. There is slight roughness seen in the barrel. The P grade Select Hardwood stock is mounted with brass furniture, including a patch box. The color case hardened percussion lock is activated by double set triggers. Length of pull is 14", overall length is 43-1/2" and weight is 7.4 lbs. Please Note: This rifle was assembled from a kit by the previous owner. The barrel, tang and under rib have been left in the "white" with no metal finish. The stock finish is fading and would be best to be re-finished. Factory wood to metal fit - made by Traditions. Condition: Good. Willing to ship anywhere in the US, buyer pays freight and insurance.
