Description:
An unusual box of Remington 30 cal tracer for ground machine gun practice use only. This box of cartridges is not referenced in "History of Modern U.S. Military small arms ammunition Vol II 1940-1945." This box remains sealed with an uncommon over cover of paper with the aforesaid information. The box is pencil dated 1942 and production #5424. it may be suggested from the no reference and type of packaging that this may be from a small run of testing ammo. Excellent condition sealed box.
