Description: SOLD Winchester Model 52 bolt action rifle chambered in .22LR, with a 274XX serial number dated to 1934. This rifle is a true American classic .22 rifle, made of solid steel and beautiful figured walnut. Scope blocks are in place, indicating it had a target scope mounted at one point on the rifle. The rifle is in good working order and good condition, especially for being 84 years old. The stock is a bit oil soaked from shooters hands, and the hardware has lost some finish and is a bit spotted from old light surface rust, however everything works as it should, and the the bore is superb. The action is tight and smooth as glass, and the diopter sight adjustments work great. The rifle includes a Winchester magazine as well.
