If you have been looking for one of the nicest factory nickel 2" inch barrel Colt Cobras in existence for your collection, here it is. This 1978 production Cobra is unfired and in minty all-original condition. It comes complete with the original box with the factory end-label intact, as well as the factory paperwork minus the owner's manual. The original nickel finish on this gun is nearly flawless and is truly spectacular, with the only deduction coming from the faintest drag line possible, only visible at certain angles. This Cobra was bought new and put in storage, never having been carried or fired since leaving the factory. The original checkered Walnut factory grips are like-new and flawless. They show no wear and have crisp checkering with no scratches, chips, or repairs. The bore as well as the cylinder's bores are minty and bright, with no pitting, erosion, or imperfections of any kind visible. The action is perfectly "in-time" and locks up tight with no slop. This Cobra works 100% like the day it left the factory. If you have been holding out to get the best Cobra possible for your collection this is it. It would be nearly impossible to upgrade from this beautiful original. This would be a "centerpiece" Cobra in any collection.
