Original 1940/1950’s Vintage Stevens Model 240 O/U Double Hammer / Trigger .410 3” Shotgun There is 95% of the Original Blue on the 26” Barrels with No Rust or Pits with Mirror Bright Bores, The Case Colors are 65% with some staining. The Trigger Guard has 90% of Original Paint mostly on the high edges. The DuPont Tenite Stock & Forearm is Bright and has Beautiful Colors, It is Tight with No Cracks only light scratches and a couple of minor nicks. This is a Pre 68 Long Gun and was Manufactured with out a Serial # AKA (NSN). This Gun is still Tight and everything works Perfect. These are a scarce 410 Hammer Gun in a Over/Under style that are seldom seen.
Note; The first 2 pictures show a dark area on the stock at the bottom by the butt plate This is just a light reflection not a defect in the stock.
