Description:
Two custom features have been done to this rifle. A custom muzzle break that vents at a 45 degree angle to the rear in order to dramaticly reducing recoil. Cost is $250.00. Helping reducing recoil is the thick pad that comes original on this newer model CDL model 700. The extractor is the weak link on these 700 and this was one was no exception. The bolt face has been converted to Sako style extractor, pictured. This system makes extraction and ejecting 100%.The metal is like new. The cost $179.00. Adjustable Timney Trigger added.The wood has scatered hunting marks but no cracks or gouges. This is an accurate hunting rifle with the recoil of a 257 Roberts. It likes the 140 Grain Barnes. The scope and mounting system does not go with the rifle. Shipping is $59.00 insured in a Remington 700 box that the label is gone. It will be shipped in an outter box unmarked.
