Marlin 1893 Takedown .38-55 Caliber Rifle. .38-55 Caliber with a very good bore. The bore has strong rifling and no major pitting. There is some light pitting in the grooves that give the bore a darker appearance. The metal has a grey patina on the barrel with traces of blue on protected areas. Metal is nice and sharp. Wood is very good.
