Description:
SOLD. Selling a Winchester Model 61 pump with 24” Octagon barrel for .22 LONG R with serial number 10943 made in 1934. It has about 95% receiver blue with some thin spots, 95% barrel and 90% mag tube blue with some thin spots. Small early fore end, top tang D&T for sight, very slight crack 3/8” long showing on top right side of receiver. 90% wood finish with two thin spots and a small scratch. Correct front and rear sight. Perfect bore.
Included will be locks of fine brown hair, a Series 1935 $1 Silver Certificate and pieces of Thursday July 16, 1935 Denver Post newspaper that were in access hole in stock when the gun was purchased.
