Colt Officer's Model Target (Third Issue) fitted with a 6 inch barrel (last patent date stamped on top of the barrel is Oct. 5, 1926), checkered walnut grips with Colt medallions, adjustable front sight, adjustable rear sight, checkered trigger face, is blue finished, and chambered in .38 Special. This 1933 vintage Colt is in excellent original condition, retaining 98% of its original finish, with minor thinning on the sharp edges of the cylinder, frame, and muzzle of the barrel. The grips fit perfectly and are in as new condition. All screw-heads are unmolested, even the small sight adjustment screws. The action functions perfectly with a tight lock-up on every cylinder. The bore looks like new with a clean muzzle. Sorry, no box or paper-work. A very nice example of its type.
