Winchester M-1 Garand WWII issue Battle Rifle. The serial number of this example is 24838XX Placing date of manufacture in June 1944. Overall condition is excellent with 95+% original untouched factory finish toned to a very nice dark green patina. Original Winchester Barrel is in excellent condition and will rate a 9.5 on a 1 to 10 scale. The bore is bright and shiny from breech to muzzle. T.E.- 2, M.E. 2. High condition original barrel very expensive item these days. Op/Rod W.R.A. D35382, Bolt D29287-1, Stock is W.R.A. Cartouche is worn off., Trigger Group D28290 W.R.A.
