Description:
Model 1861 Trenton N. J. rifled musket in over all good plus Cond. Stock is very good with original finish and light cartouche on left flat. Lock plate marked with eagle, U.S. Trenton, 1863 with age stain and some scattered pitting. Barrel and bands are mostly smooth with some light pitting and aged finish. Sling swivel is missing from middel band. bore is dark but good. Original bayonet is very good with a patina that matches the gun and would be in the $150 range with most dealers.
