Description:
Nice early civil war musket usually issued to western troops as second rate guns. OHIO marked opposite lock and on wrist. Has original bayonet that isn't in the photographs. Works fine and musket is brass mounted with barrel dated 1831. It has a crack in stock behind front band. Showing a little burnout behind the nipple as it was used. Overall a very good musket reasonably priced with Ohio markings and original bayonet. PLEASE NOTE:
It has markings on buttplate and a date. Will photograph it and bayonet and post asap.
