This Black Rain Ordnance Model SPEC15 is a semi-automatic tactical rifle in 5.56 NATO Cal. It has a 17 inch matte black barrel with the muzzle break and 1/8 barrel twist. It comes with a Burris Scope and Burris AR P.E.P.R Scope mount. The forearm and receiver are in "Brushed Grey" finish. This is a NIB rifle and comes with a soft tactical case, Owners Manual and one magazine.
