SW 1911 5” 45acp. I believe this is the predecessor to the Performance Center 1911.
It has most of the same features as the Performance center 1911, in some ways prefferable.
I sold many Smith and Wesson 1911 pistols with similar semi custom features when I worked at Cabelas
prior to the Performance Center 1911.
Stainless steel 8 round full-sized frame with rounded butt, (thankfully not as radically cut off as the the current ‘Performance Center’ 1911).
Polished feed ramp, 20 lines per inch checkered mainspring housing, flared magazine well, hand fitted clean and crisp trigger with overtravel adjustment
and the Smith and Wesson Crimson Trace laser grips.
Stainless steel slide with throated barrel, precision crowned muzzle, polished feed ramp, hand fitted barrel bushing (not the ‘shortcut’ Briley spherical
barrel bushing used on the current Performance Center 1911), 8 slide lightening cuts (appears to be same cuts as the 6 found on current PC 1911),
Front and rear cocking serrations, external extractor, dovetailed front sight, full length guide rod and lowered and flared ejection port.
Excellent condition.
PC 1911’s are in the $1300 - $1500 range..
I will let this one go for $1100. REDUCED TO $1000
