I have for sale an AH Fox XE model with 28 “ Chromox steel barrels. S/N is 272XX. Both bores measure .732. choke constrictions are .016 on the right and.026 on the left. Light Modified and Improved Modified. It also sports a double trigger, ejectors, full pistol grip, and 10 inch long splinter forend. Soft leather cover recoil pad, LOP is 14 3/8”, DAC is 1 5/8” and DAH is 3”. Weight is 7 lbs, manufactured in 1922 . The dimensions on the gun match the factory letter except the Gorgeous gold inlays on the breach end of both barrels is not mentioned in the fox letter. Shipped in 1922, to a gentleman by the name of Harry N Reinhart. I have owned this beautiful shotgun since 2001. The gun is in excellent condition, barrel bluing is 95% or better. Bores are bright, with no frosting or pitting, Wood is sound with good checkering and no splits or repairs. The case color on both the receiver and trigger guard is strong. This XE features the deep chisel engraving that is sharp and very distinct. ejectors are timed and the gun functions as it should in all respects.
