Beautiful rifle! Purchased new - don’t remember how many years ago, but’s it’s been a while, guessing about 15.
17hmr, awesome small game round. I had this rifle rebarreled about 4 years ago with Lilja match barrel and also rebedded at the same time.
This work was done by BAT Machine, the well known benchrest and extreme accuracy bolt action receiver manufacturer.
I have the original barrel as well. And the original box.
it was rebarrelled because I was never completely happy with its accuracy.
Out of the box from Cooper it would never average better than .8 at 100yds.
It now will average consistently at .65 at 100yds.
Has around 150 rounds thru the new barrel.
scope not included in price!! Rings n bases are included.
One note, look at the barrel channel picture, this has been slightly offset since it was new, asked BAT to correct when rebedded, but they felt it would mess up the wood in the action n floor plate - creating gaps there. So we left it.
