Description:
Nazi Radom (Steyr) Mdl. VIS 35, Cal 9mm, Se.H 9362. I seriously doubt there is a finer very late war Radom. The is gun is from the early group manufactured in the Steyr factory Late in the war when it looked like the Russians where going to take over Poland. The Nazis then moved the factory to the Steyr plant in Austria. All the Steyr guns were very crudely machined and the early ones had mixed finishes. Some were were blued, some phosphate ultimately all were phosphate. (Ref: Still's book "Axis Pistols" pg.66).This early "H" block gun retains about 98-99% of the original blue. The slight loss there is due to some very slight sharp edge silvering and some mild toning and a few pinpricks on the gripstraps. The left side of the slide is stamped with the inspector's "R". The trigger bow and trigger guard have inspector stamps that are not describable. The left side of the slide is stamped Eagle/77 and Eagle/WaA625. The frame an Eagle/77. The rest of the gun is incredible. The barrel slide and frame match. The Steyr wooden striated grips are in super condition. Not a chip, nick or split anywhere, retaining 100% of the original factory finish. The slide rails, feed ramp and bolt face show little if any use. The barrel like the rest of the gun is pristine. The bore is sunshine bright with razor sharp rifling, not a touch of frost anywhere. It comes with one original Radom magazine. I'll bet the gun never saw front line action at any time. It is as minty as you will ever find. A  true bragger's center piece for the serious collector/investor  .$2895
