Description:
Here is a very unique but poor condition partial box of Remington Arms - UMC 30.06 ammunition for the Lewis Machine Gun. There are 5 paper bullets and 5 blanks. The label of the box is specifically marked that the box contains both types of cartridges with the addition of strips of a label added to an otherwise standard ammunition box. The paper bullet cartridge head stamps read REM UMC 1906 and has a U stamped on the primer. The blanks head stamps read RA 17 with a small R stamped on the primer.
