Armi-E Salvinelli (Italy) custom one-of-a-kind 28 gauge Over/Under extra scroll engraved shotgun. This gun is believed to be from the bench of Master Gun Maker/Engraver Enrico Salvinelli made for an individual in Texas. Barrels marked, "Vichers English Steel. Manifat Riunite Armi-E Salvainelli". Exhibition checkered walnut stock & forearm with a rare-unique round pistol grip, metal frame, hard rubber butt plate and round barrels. Gun has Box Lock with ejectors & single trigger with Vent Rib Improved Cylinder & Modified 28" length Barrels (overall gun length is 44 "). This is a Mid-20th century made gun (probably made in the mid-60s). The Hand Engraved Satin Gray Receiver finish is 100% both inside & outside! Bores are very bright. Shotgun retains 100% of its original blued finish showing no wear or handling marks. Action is smooth, bore is excellent & markings are crisp. The stock is in excellent condition with no visible wear. The forearm has some very slight handling marks. THIS IS A STEAL DEAL ON THIS GREAT GUN! These Salvainelli legacy guns are priced by the Maker in the mid to high 15,000 pounds range. Buyer pays $75 for shipping and insurance.
