The buyer assumes the responsibility for transfer fees or background check fees that the receiving dealer will charge. It is also the buyer's responsibility to insure that the dealer will accept the firearm(s). We encourage that the buyer contact the dealer before we transfer the gun to them for pick-up to insure that there are no problems with your transfer. If the dealer refuses to accept delivery of your firearm, you will be responsible for shipping charges to recover the firearm and reship it to a dealer that is willing to receive it.

Description:
These rifles were taken on trade as part of a PA State Police program where these AR-15 A2 rifles were traded in on a newer version of the Colt AR-15/M4 for department use. Although it has been in service since probably the late 1990's or early 2000's overall condition is very good. Light marks here and there in the finish and on the furniture. These rifles were inside of a State Trooper vehicle more than they were ever fired. Pictures shown are an excellent example of the condition of the rifle you will receive however they are not of the actual rifle.

SureFire: The Millennium M500A WeaponLight replaces the weapon's original handguards and features built-in switching without any exposed wiring. Because of its lightweight and integrated design, this model is most recommended for urban law enforcement applications and civilian home defense. Each unit is equipped with four separate switches: (1) A pressure sensitive momentary activation pad (2) a constant-on switch (3) a system disable switch to lock the light in the OFF position for covert operations or to eliminate accidental light activation during storage, and (4) a second, smaller momentary switch to control two low-output LEDs that are useful whenever there is a need for a very small amount of light.
