Exceedingly scarce Winchester Model 70 "transition" rifle in .375 mag with smooth topped, undrilled rear bridge! S/N 78*** with matching bolt Mfg. 1948. Has the contoured 25" Barrel. Bore and mechanical function are like new. Overall condition is superb with only a few slight handling impressions in wood. 99% Blue, 99% Varnish. Pad is factory issued as on all 375s, is genuine (not a repro) and looks virtually new beyond some slight patina. This is an extremely hard rifle to locate in this configuration and condition, and with an undrilled rear bridge. Likely the best example you will ever see.
