Collector Grade. The history behind this rifle that I could not confirm is that it was purchased in 1959 brand new and that it was locked up and never fired. This rifle is in factory new mint condition. I can confirm that it is a Golden 39a from the year 1959 and that it comes with the original red head case and the original marlin scope with the original marlin scope box and some paperwork but no bill of sale. The marlin logo is present on the scope and was never mounted still in the plastic wrapper. This rifle appears to be Factory New. Comes with original redhead case. The hammer extension marked JM Appears to be original as well. The top rail is factory drilled and tapped for scope. $1,350
