Description:
Mauser (Luger) P-08, Cal. 9mm, Ser 70XXn. What a gun and what an opportunity. The gun is minty and all parts don't match.
Some were either at the factory or at some ordinance depot the frame with a serial number ending in 84 was mated to a slide and bolt of exactly the same color and condition with serial number of 24. The condition of the total gun is just super. It retains about 98-99% of the original factory blue.
There is usual, but slight sharp edge silvering, and just a little muzzle and side plate wear. There are no pits, rust spots, scratches or rub marks anywhere. The grips straps have not even started to gray. The right side is stamped Eagle/63, Eagle/63, Drooping Eagle. The wooden checkered grips are flawless, no chips, splits, or dings. The bore like the rest of the gun is pristine. Mirror bright with razor sharp rifling. It comes with one correct aluminum based TDK FXO magazine stamped 122, Eagle/37.
If you are not the extra critical type and want a super clean P-08 here's a chance to get one. And you won't have to mortgage the farm to get it..... $1495.
