Description:
This is a Custom Colt new service , SER# 98280 mfg in 1916 Now its a Custom 2'' snubby. This work must have been done by a very talented gunsmith. The barrel is marked 45 colt ,but its actually built for .45 acp with half moon clips or the .45 auto rimmed cartridge. I have shot this with both 45 half moon and .45 rimmed. It works excellently in both and is quite accurate at 20 yards. The workmanship and fit is very good. The brushed blue finish is 99%+ and very nice. The shortned grip frame is welded and nicely formed ,the grips are fit perfect to the grip frame. The Barrel is 2'' and the bore is minty. A heavy duty snubby revolver with a punch. action is tight and a very nice custom piece. Call with any questions or offers. Tom 612 859 5673
