Description:
This Pre 1964 Winchester Model 70 has been restocked by an unknown gunsmith. The floorplate, bolt shroud, grip cap and sling swivel studs have been color case hardened. Chambered in the versatile .300 Holland and Holland cartridge. It's been used and obviously hunted by the previous owner. The firearm appears to have been cared for, maintained, and not abused. Once called "The Rifleman's Rifle" this classic design and cartridge are certain to please.
