Rare London Pistol Company Pocket .31 Caliber Percussion Revolver. All matching, 2 digit serial number 7x manufactured in 1858, 5 shot with 4” Octagon bbl. Manufactured by Manhattan Firearms these extremely rare revolvers were placed as 2nds to the Manhattan Pocket Model & were later marketed with the “London Pistol Co.” name. According to research only a few dozen are known. This revolver still carries highly visible markings including Patent stamp in front of trigger guard as well as 1 line barrel address, “LONDON PISTOL COMPANY.” Very good condition with excellent engraving & crisp cylinder scene. Grips are in very good condition showing some use/handling marks. Mechanically sound.
