They don't get any nicer than this. This 2014-manufactured Series 80 MkIV Colt Gold Cup National Match pistol is like-new and unfired with the original box and all the inserts it shipped with. This is the top-of-the-line production model 1911 that Colt makes and features match grade components and a hand-fit action. This particular example is a factory blue finish model with checkered Walnut grips. The factory blue finish rates 100% with no visible flaws or wear. The bore is perfect and bright, with sharp rifling and no visible imperfections. The checkered Walnut grips are like-new and show no wear or imperfections. This gun has spent the last 4 years in storage and as mentioned previously, is unfired since leaving the Colt factory. Everything works 100% like the day it was made. This Gold Cup National Match comes with the original box complete with the serial numbered factory end-label, one 8-round factory magazine, all of the paperwork and plastic bags it was shipped with, the Colt bushing tool, an extra factory recoil spring, the factory chamber flag, and the original factory lock. It would be impossible to upgrade in condition from this example. This Colt would be an excellent long term investment and superb addition to any gun collection.
