French Dragoon model 1822 percussion 69 cal pistol. Barrel is 8 inches long. Stamped on left side of barrel near hammer is C. de17, 6Av(C) (L) (D). Stamp on lock plate is Mre Tmp. ale. Just below that is stamp de Tulle. Screw is missing from grip and no rod.
