this is an almost like new Bausch & Lomb Balvar 24 target scope with tapered reticule. The power range is from 6x to 24X. The distance of focus is from 50 yards to infinity.The scope has been mounted on a Sako 222 for almost 60 years . The lenses are clear and sharp. The rifle has not been fired since a bout 1967. There is a small area on the eye piece with a little blue wear. Overall the scope will rate 98%. Buyer pays shipping USPS Priority mail $30.00. The scope will be shipped in a PVC pipe with end caps to protec it from damage and insured for t.he selling price. Question contact me by email. Please note I have the lens caps for this scope. I iinadvertently forgot to put them on for the pictures. For those interested the serial number is YG4022. There is NO FLAKING of the coating inside the scope. The rifle and scope have both been stored in a temperature controlled enviroment since 1987. Also the scope blocks DO NOT GO WITH THE SCOPE..
