Description:
This "custom" Model 70 features a pre-War action and an attractive change to Oberndorf-style bottom metal. While I don't know the source of the trigger guard and floor plate, the pattern is that of some Model 98 Mausers dating from present day back to the early 20th century.

Caliber Info: .220 Swift
Metal Condition: Finish appears very good with light handling marks, save for the bolt stem. See photo 2.
Wood Condition: Finish is in good shape, overall, with minor handling marks. Inletting along the barrel channel could be a touch better.
Bore Condition: Bore appears clean and lands have plenty of life left.
Barrels: 24" Banded front sight is not properly centered.
