Description:
Serial #275733, 12 Ga. (2 3/4"), 30" barrels choked Full and Modified, with fine, bright bores that have some mild freckling in both tubes. The barrels of this gun have retained 80-85% of their original blue with some pale fading at the muzzles and the breech, as well as small surface scratches, and a few very minor dents scattered throughout. Additionally, there are two circular spots of discoloration on the left tube that are smooth to the touch without any pitting. The frame has muted original color case-hardening, mostly on protected areas around the standing breech, and there is a darkly mottled gray-brown patina along the balance of the frame metal. The walnut pistol grip buttstock and forend have numerous small handling marks and minor blemishes with a small chip missing from the pistol grip. The stock has a 14" length of pull to the original hard rubber Ithaca buttplate and drops of 1 3/4" and 3" respectively. The lock-up is good, and the lever rests just left of center. This is a nice Ithaca and rates about good-near very good overall. FFL or C&R
