Description:
.30-40 U.S. (Krag) caliber, 22" barrel, with the receiver marked "1895 SPRINGFIELD ARMORY" . Walnut stock and handguard. In very fine condition with the barrel retaining nearly all of the blue, the receiver showing deep Springfield oil quenched casehardening. The stock is excellent and is representative of the 1899 upgrade. Excellent bore.
