Made for Egyptian Police in Late-19th Century
Here we present an antique Egyptian Snider-Enfield Shotgun, manufactured circa 1870. These shotguns were made from obsolete Snider rifles from the 1870s. Operation was basically the same. Egyptian markings in Farsi throughout.
The overall condition is good. The metal surfaces are dark with age. The markings are clear and legible. The stock is in good shape. The bore is smooth and clear. The action on this carbine is strong.
